December 2016 / January 2017

                                                Moving Away or Towards

During the expansion of the United States there was a mass calling to move west. Some thrived but many did not.  What was the difference?  Why did some thrive and many others struggle, leaving one bad situation only to enter into another one?

The answer can be summed up in one word . . . “Focus”.                                                                The ones that thrived were the ones that focused on moving towards Prosperity.                          The ones who did not were focused on moving away from Poverty.

By moving towards Prosperity, the focus was on Prosperity and they found it.                                  By moving away from Poverty, the focus was on Poverty and they found more of the same. They attracted more of what they were moving away from.

The Power is in the Focus…                                                                                                            Focus on the “Get to’s”…..  not the “Got to’s”.                                                                               Focus on the “Want to’s”…. not the “Have to’s”.

There is a line in the movie, The Magnificent 7, that was, well… Magnificent!  The main character, Sam, has gathered 6 other people to take back a town that has been overrun and controlled by thieves.  He is sitting with his friend, (one of the 7), the night before they are going to take back the town.  His friend knows Sam’s past history and a vendetta he has for one of the thieves.  The friend asks Sam why he is doing this.  Sam says because the town’s people needs us. His friend’s response was powerful.  He said,

“Just making sure we’re fighting a battle in front of us, not behind us”

Pay Attention to what you are Paying attention to. Be sure you are Moving Towards, not Away From your goals!                                                                                                                                Ask yourself….,                                                                                                                                     “Am I moving away from;  Poverty - Disease - Struggle and Hardship.”                                            or                                                                                                                                                           “Am I moving towards;  Prosperity - Health - Challenges and Happiness.”

This is an extremely important distinction to understand and to always be aware of:                     Away from is a Fear based energy.                                                                                              Towards is an Empowerment based energy.

It is important to “know” what we “don’t want,” that is how we use the past to learn and grow.  But to succeed, we must be sure our“Focus” is on what we “Do want.”

Dedicate the Month of December and January to Focus your Thoughts and Feelings Towards what you want, and the future that you desire!

Are you moving Away from 2016 or Towards 2017?

Smile,                                                                                                                                                 Wade

                                                          The Art of Listening

As we get more and more technologically advanced, we are becoming more and more impatient.  Everything has to happen “now”.  With so many different methods of communication,  we are unfortunately becoming less deeply connected.  We are actually becoming less focused on the people around us.

We are pulled in so many directions ;                                                                                                We have FaceBook - Twitter - Tumbler - Flickr - Google+ - Reddit - Vine - YouTube - Askfm - VK - Whatsapp - Messenger - WeChat - Snapchat - Pinterest - Linkedin - Instagram…   We are posting - blogging - texting - emailing, not to mention phone calls and the old fashion snail mail.

The combination of our increasing impatience, and being run ragged through all the various ways of communicating has led us tonot truly “hear” what people are saying;  we are too busy “replying”.  Our attention is distracted and we end up missing the most important part of communication…;  “Listening”.

Click on this link for a quick video that gives us a humorus perspective on Listening.    https://youtu.be/-4EDhdAHrOg

How many times have you shared something and felt as if the person you shared with did not “hear” you…?  They were not “Listening” to you.  Maybe they were focused on something else (such as the “nail”).

How many times has someone shared something with you and you were not completely “present” with them?  You were trying to quickly fix their problem (like the man in the video) when all that they wanted and/or needed was to be heard…, to have someone listen to them.

In this fast-paced age we live in, the superficial “quick fix” is becoming the norm.  We feel compelled to offer a hasty solution so we can move on to the next topic.  However, through this process, we are effectively losing the Art of Listening.

Be sure that when someone shares something with you, they feel heard.   Refrain from the offer of a “quick fix” until they have had a chance to express their feelings (and most importantly have asked for suggestions), because most of the time we are just wanting to express ourselves, not looking to get or be “fixed”                                                                                                                                 It is simple, yet more challenging now then ever.

Dedicate the Month of November,  to strengthen your relationships through the Art of Listening.  Slow down…, Be Present…, and “Listen”.

Remember, “It’s not about the nail”.

Smile,                                                                                                                                           Wade

August 2016

                                                               "How"

What we think and how we feel, will set us up to attract a matching reality.  Sometimes we can get stuck with negative thoughts and feelings, which then creates negative situations.  “How” do we shift out of these negative thoughts and feelings?  The answer is in the . . . “How.”

We are constantly asking ourselves questions through our thoughts, some questions are focused on possibilities, while others are focused on problems.  A lot of times when we are stuck, we just keep focusing on what we did or didn’t do to create the situation, or what we are not doing that we should be doing to start or complete a goal.

There is a type of question to ask that is simple yet extremely Powerful.  Questions that begin with, “How”….  “How” questions are the most Empowering questions we can ask ourselves. “How” questions bypass our conscious mind and directly stimulate our subconscious minds, opening up the door to unlimited possibilities, resources, answers, and our highest potentials.

* How am I going to . . . (get in shape? - stop smoking? - exercise more?)                                          * How did I allow . . . (myself to get angry? - him/her to pull me down or lift me up?)                       * How can I . . . (become organized? - calm? - relaxed? - patient?)                                                     * How will I . . .  (finish the project? - complete my goal? - reach out to others? - make today       great?)

* How did I accomplish . . .?                                                                                                           Answering this type of “How” question will give us clarity and assist us in acknowledging our accomplishments, which will in turn build our Confidence.

Be sure your “How” questions are focusing on what you want, not what you don’t want.  This will assist you in moving forward and guide you to create a positive and productive reality for yourself.

This month create a “How” question and write it in Long Hand, on a 3 x 5 card.  Keep it with you and watch “How” resources that you already possess flow up from your subconscious, opening up incredible solutions and possibilities.

Dedicate the Month of September to Step into and Own your Greatness by asking “How.”

Smile,                                                                                                                                               Wade

August 2016

                                                               Life is a Mirror

Life is a Mirror, not only reflecting back to us who we are  but also reflecting back to us different situations to help us choose what we want.

A friend mentioned to me how pan-handlers really bother him.  We had a powerful conversation on Beliefs and how we cannot see something in someone else that we do not already possess within ourselves.  Two people who know the same person can see him/her completely differently.  One may see a very negative and irritating individual.  The other one may see a very positive and loving individual.

Which one is correct?  They both are, because they are just seeing themselves through that person.  Life always mirrors back to us who we are, the good, the bad, or the challenging.

Instead of allowing the trigger of the “pan-handler” or anyone else to bother or irritate you, simply use that trigger to first Forgive yourself, and then to send that person Peace, Prosperity, and Bliss.

He also shared with me that he currently knows two couples that have both retired.  One couple has a trailer at the beach and just sits all day watching old concerts and movies, not really doing anything at all.  The other couple is always out and traveling the world, seeing amazing things, and having wonderful adventures.  The first couple he felt is throwing their life away, and he has lost some respect for them.  The other couple he felt is doing everything “ right” and admires them.

I believe that life does not just mirror back to us who we are, but we also attract situations and events that are mirrored back to us to help us decide what we really want.

Treating life as a mirror will help us to see life in a much more powerful way.  It will help us to stop judging other people and situations which ultimately results in the judgement and punishment of ourselves.

Seeing life as a mirror will give us compassion…, without judgement…,  for the “pan-handler”, and ourselves.

Seeing life as a mirror will give us perspective…, without judgement…,  on how we want to live life;  “Relaxed”  - “Adventurous” - or something in between.

Dedicate the Month of August to become Empowered by seeing life as a Mirror Reflecting back our True Selves and Possibilities

Smile,                                                                                                                                               Wade

July 2016

                                                   Living from the Inside Out

It can be easy and seemingly natural to live from the “Outside In”, allowing circumstances and events “Outside” of ourselves to dictate how we feel.  Unfortunately, this is the exact opposite of how to be in control of our lives.  If we live life from the “Outside In”,   we have no control.  We then use excuses from “Outside” events and circumstances to justify why we are feeling sad, mad, overwhelmed, or stressed out.

“Outside” events and circumstances will even justify why we are feeling happy or content, yet we must realize that we are still being controlled by whatever may be happening “Out There.”

We become Empowered by living from the “Inside Out”.

Developing an understanding and realization that we do create our own realities, (our own “Outside” events and circumstances), is accomplished by taking the responsibility of becoming aware of our own Thoughts, and most importantly, Feelings!  It is our true Thoughts and Feelings from “Inside” ourselves that then create our “Outside” realities.

Often times when we set up a goal to create, quit, or improve something;  we do it for someone else.  We do it for:                                                                                                                                        our spouse, our kids, our parents, our friends, or …whoever. It is ok to set a goal and have a portion of our motivation be dedicated to someone or something outside ourselves, but the foundation has to be set from the “Inside”;  from within us!

If we live from the “Outside In”, we give away our power and become dependent on what other people think and feel.  Our actions may be well intentioned, yet they will continue to be dictated by the thoughts and feelings of others.  We will just keep spinning in endless circles, like a dog chasing his tail, and will never accomplish our goals.  Once we develop the understanding that negative people, events, and situations “Outside” ourselves can only affect us if we allow them to, those negative people, events, and situations will then lose their grip on us.

Living from the “Inside Out”, is the most important element in being successful at anything we do.  It prompts us to be aware of our Thoughts and Feelings, and understand that they create our “Outside” realities.  Living from the “Inside Out” is about acknowledging that we are Worthy.  It is about Respecting ourselves, Trusting ourselves, and Believing in ourselves.  When we do this, we then open ourselves up to feeling an incredible connection in knowing that we are a part of…, not separate from…, something greater than ourselves.

When you want to create something, quit something, or improve something;  do it for yourself, “Inside Out” first!  By living from the “Inside Out”, you will not only Empower yourself, you will be an even more Powerful Resource to everyone around you.  An Authentic Powerful Resource!

Dedicate the Month of July to become Empowered by Living from the Inside Out!!

Smile,                                                                                                                                              Wade

June 2016

Worrying…, there is a better way

“Worrying”…, especially when we “worry” about someone or something, creates a “lose - lose” energy.  Not only will we be attracting the negative energy of worry, but we will also be sending that negative energy to the one we are worrying about.

We may think that by “worrying” about someone, it is showing that we care about them and are helping.  What we don’t realize is that we are sending them the negative energy induced by worry, and there is a great possibility that they are now worrying about something they weren’t before, or worrying more about a challenge they are facing.

We are all connected in more ways than we realize. If or when you get a feeling of worry about someone in your life, use that feeling to then send them Positive Energy.  Instead of continuing to worry about them, Feel them being Healthy, Happy, and Whole!

It is also very important to do this for ourselves.  Use the trigger of worry as a signal that you are drifting off course and need to make shift.  Then, instead of going deeper into a negative energy and closing doors, simply breath deeply and allow positive energy to flow through you. This will then allow doors to open, giving you the answers and strength to move forward in a Powerful way.

Dedicate the Month of June to being aware of negative energy, especially “worry”.  You can then use thatawareness as a Powerful guide to make a shift, creating True Transformations and the ability to be in Full Control.

Smile,                                                                                                                                              Wade

May 2016

The Power in our Words, Thoughts, & Feelings.

We can talk about what we want (or do not want), but if we are not Feeling it, it will not happen.  It is our Thoughts and Feelings that create our reality, not what we say.  When our words do match our Thoughts and Feelings, it locks it all in.  We become Empowered when we realize that what we are locking in can either be negative or positive.

One of the greatest rewards of offering people the tools to become Empowered is witnessing the amazing Transformation that takes place from our initial session to our closing session.  We don’t know what we don’t know, and we often don’t realize how powerful we are.  What we Think about, Feel, and Say really does create our reality.

At the beginning of our sessions, I hear people talking about a variety of challenges that cause them feelings of stress, frustration, anxiety, anger, and more.  As they continue to talk, I can feel their energy match what they are saying.  When they begin to receive tools to assist them in building their awareness, they start to pay attention to what they are saying…, what they are thinking…, and most importantly…, how they are feeling.  It is then that a beautiful shift begins to emerge.

Dedicate the Month of May to paying attention to what you are paying attention to.  Be sure your Words, Thoughts, and Feelings are in alignment what you really want.

  Smile,                                                                                                                                           Wade

April 2016

Using Curiosity to break a Habit

There is a way to gain more control over our habits and other things that we seem to “mindlessly” do.  These seemingly “mindless” reactions to certain situations are in fact a developed behavior that can be altered through awareness.

We train ourselves to do what we do by repeating a pattern several times until we build an “unconscious competence” with it. Most of our “unconscious competence” is established by Default. Making a choice to become Aware and live on Purpose instead of by Default allows us to reshape our “unconscious competence” of bad habits that we seem to have no control over.  This enables us to be in Full Control of our decisions.

Our conscious and unconscious minds are always working together whether it is by Default or on Purpose.

For example:

We see cake ...  we eat cake ... we feel good … we repeat.

It becomes unconscious competence,

and …, we can get out of shape.

or:

We see cigarettes... we smoke cigarettes ... we relax ... we repeat.

It becomes unconscious competence,

and …, we poison our body.

There is always a pattern:

We see the cake ... which triggers an emotion in our bodies, (pleasure), that we have built an unconscious competence with.

We then eat the cake ... "mindlessly”.

We can use Awareness to help break a bad habit by being “Curious” about the causes and effects of our actions.  The next time you see the cake;  become “Curious” before you react. Pause for a minute, consciously assess the “urge” you are feeling.  Get “Curious” about how you would feel if you didn’t eat the cake, or if you ate something else instead;  and how you would feel if you do decide to go ahead and eat the cake.

By pausing and being curious, you have now made the distinction of controlling the habit, and not being controlled by the habit. Repeat this process every time you encounter a habit you want to change.

By living on Purpose and becoming Aware, you will now be able to Pause for a second instead of reacting. This will allow you to become “Curious” about your actions, and then be able to Choose what you really want to do.

Dedicate the Month of April to become “Curious” and Empowered!

 Smile,                                                                                                                                           Wade

March 2016

The Last 4 months I broke down each of the 4 keys in “TRIC”.  Below I have them all together.

Four Keys To Build your Awareness and Success

                                                                        (TRIC)

Key# 1)   Truthfulness:

Truthfulness is about taking the blinders off and being honest about where you are in your life, how you got there, and how you're feeling about it.  It's about taking a look at and acknowledging that you might need to change certain things about yourself and your life, and most importantly, why you should want to. Being truthful with yourself will allow you to become aware of why you do the things that you do, and if you really want to, or need to change.  Being truthful gives you the power to be in Full Control.

Key# 2)   Responsibility:

It's important to take responsibility for where you are in your life, and to take responsibility for your actions and reactions to any circumstances that you may encounter.  Knowing that you have choices, and being open to different possibilities, will remind you not to focus the blame on any particular person or event.  Take responsibility and be patient with yourself, by taking 2 Steps Forward, each and every day to get to where you want to be emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Key# 3)   Inner Strength:

There will be challenges that lie ahead, and not everything is always going to be easy, but you will get through it with Inner Strength, perseverance, and determination.  It will require an understanding on your part . . ., a Trust and Belief that you can meet the difficulties and challenges that lie ahead.  Overcoming challenges will increase your self-esteem and motivation, strengthening the Trust and Belief you will be building within Yourself.  Through Hypnosis you will establish a Powerful Communication that will resonate directly with your Subconscious, creating Harmony and a Rapport with your entire being.  Acknowledging your Inner Strength will allow you to Step into and Own your Greatness

Key# 4)   Commitment:

We are all committed to things that are important to us in our lives - family, loved ones, friends, jobs, relationships, and hobbies.  Now is the time to commit to yourself!   Make yourself just as important as you do to the family, friends, jobs, and hobbies.  Make a commitment to yourself, whatever that commitment may be, and take it seriously.  It’s important and you deserve it!  This is your life, that you get to create any way you want.  Building a Powerful Trust and Belief in yourself will Empower you to stay committed to your Dreams and Goals, causing them to metamorphose into Reality.

It’s about building awareness . . .

Going to a place inside yourself . . .

Acknowledging yourself . . .

Trusting and Believing in yourself . . .

Stepping into your Greatness . . .

and most importantly . . .

Being in Full Control!

T.R.I.C.  = Truthfulness - Responsibility - Inner Strength - Commitment

Truthfulness = You are being Truthful, developing a Powerful Trust and Belief in Yourself, allowing you to be in Full Control.

Responsibility = You are taking Full Responsibility to build and create your Reality.  2 Steps Forward, each and every day.

Inner Strength = You are Driven, Motivated and Inspired to be your Very Best;  Stepping into and Owning your Greatness.

Commitment = You have “Ignited Your Inner Torch” By making a commitment to the most important person…….  YOU!!!

Anytime you encounter a struggle with something, you may find that one or more of the key components of T.R.I.C.

are missing. It could be that;

1) You are not being Truthful with yourself in what you are trying to do…,

2) You are not taking Responsibility for what it is you are trying to do, or needing to change…,

3) You are not Trusting and Believing in yourself and the Power of your Inner Strength…,

     or,

4) You have not made a Commitment to yourself to see your Goals and Dreams become Reality.

When you find yourself struggling with a problem, take a moment to evaluate which one or more of the 4 keys are missing.

Your “Inner Torch” will be “Ignited” once T.R.I.C. is complete and you will discover the power of being in Full Control.

Dedicate the Month of March to becoming Aware and Successful by using the “TRIC”!

February 2016

Truthfulness - Responsibility - Inner Strength - Commitment = “TRIC”

“TRIC” gives you the keys to create Awareness and Success.

In November I covered the “T” in the “TRIC” process, December, the “R”, January, the “I”, and this month I will cover the “C”.

Key# 4)   Committment:

We are all committed to things that are important to us in our lives - family, loved ones, friends, jobs, relationships, and hobbies. Now is the time to commit to yourself! Make yourself just as important as you do to the family, friends, jobs, and hobbies.

Make a commitment to yourself, whatever that commitment may be, and take it seriously. It’s important and you deserve it! This is your life, that you get to create any way you want. Building a Powerful Trust and Belief in yourself will Empower you to stay committed to your Dreams and Goals, causing them to metamorphose into Reality.

The fourth and final key, “Commitment”, is very important. As we move towards our Dreams and Goals, we will always come across obstacles and setbacks. If we do not stay committed, these obstacles and setbacks may become overwhelming, causing us to give up.

When we Trust and Believe in ourselves, we will buckle down when hardships occur, allowing us to stay committed and accomplish anything we want!

Commitment = You have “Ignited Your Inner Torch” by making a commitment to the most important person……. YOU!!! Dedicate the Month of February to making a Commitment to build a Powerful Trust and Belief in yourself! Each night before you go to bed, and First thing each Morning, say to yourself 10 times:

“I Trust and Believe in Myself”

Smile,
Wade

January 2016

Truthfulness - Responsibility - Inner Strength - Commitment = “TRIC”

“TRIC” gives you the keys to create Awareness and Success.

In November, I covered the “T” in the “TRIC” process.  In December, the “R”.  This month I will cover the “I”.

Acknowledging your Inner Strength will allow you to build a Solid Foundation that will Empower you.

The third key, “Inner Strength” allows you to become Empowered, giving you the confidence to accomplish anything you set out to do.

Inner Strength: You are Driven, Motivated, and Inspired to be your Very Best. Stepping into and Owning your Greatness

Dedicate the Month of January to Empower yourself by acknowledging your very own Inner Strength.

Smile,
Wade

December 2015

In November, I covered the T in the “TRIC” process; a process to enable you to create Awareness and Success. This month I will cover the second key element; R, (“Responsibility”).

Truthfulness - Responsibility - Inner Strength - Commitment = “TRIC”

Key# 2) Responsibility:
It's important to take responsibility for where you are in your life, and to take responsibility for your actions and reactions to any circumstances that you may encounter. Knowing that you have choices, and being open to different possibilities, will remind you not to focus blame on any particular person or event. Take responsibility and be patient with yourself. Start taking 2 Steps Forward, each and every day to get to where you want to be emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.

The second key, “Responsibility”, gives you the ability to be in Full Control. This is a Powerful key that places you in the driver’s seat or your life.

Going through life making excuses to try and justify how you are, why you react a certain way, or blame everyone and everything, is like being a tumbleweed getting tossed around whichever way the wind blows. Having no control in this respect is ultimately giving away your Power.

When you take the Responsibility for your life, your actions and reactions, what you have created and will create; you stop the blame game and you stop giving away your Power!

Responsibility: You are taking Full Responsibility to build and create your Reality. 2 Steps Forward, each and every day.

Dedicate the Month of December to taking Responsibility for what You have created, and what You will create. Give yourself the Power to be in Full Control.

Smile,
Wade

November 2015

For the last 2 months of 2015 and the first 2 months in 2016 I will go about breaking down a process I call “TRIC” which will enable you to create Awareness and Success. There are 4 key elements in the “TRIC” to build your Awareness and Success These 4 keys can be utilized to unlock your True Potential to accomplish your goals:

Truthfulness - Responsibility - Inner Strength - Commitment = “TRIC”

Key# 1) Truthfulness:
Truthfulness is about taking the blinders off and being honest about where you are in your life, how you got there, and how you're feeling about it. It's about taking a look at and acknowledging that you might need to change certain things about yourself and your life, and most importantly, why you should want to. Being truthful with yourself will allow you to become aware of why you do the things that you do, and if you really want to, or need to change. Being truthful gives you the power to be in Full Control.

The first key, “Truthfulness”, is very important, (as each key element is). If you are working on changing or setting a goal, you have to be Truthful with yourself about the reasons why. If you Truly want to improve yourself or accomplish a chosen goal, then you should, and will by following the next 3 Keys.

If you Truly don’t want to accomplish a chosen goal or don’t feel the need to change a certain aspect of yourself, then you should not pursue it. Only doing it because someone else wants you to, or because you’ve heard it is the "Right" thing to do, is potentially setting yourself up for failure.

Most important is your ability to be Truthful and in touch with yourself.. Only you will know how you feel, and only you can make the choice of which path to take. As you Trust and Believe in Yourself, you will discover that you are taking the correct path.

Truthfulness: You are being Truthful, developing a Powerful Trust and Belief in Yourself allowing you to be in Full Control

Dedicate the Month of November to being Truthful with yourself and becoming Empowered.

Love vs Anger is our Choice

There is no right or wrong with how we choose to be, it is our own personal path. We can choose to respond to life with Love, Peace, Harmony, and Understanding. And we can choose to respond to life with Anger, Frustration, Hate, and Resentment.

What is important to know, is that we always have a choice. The Key is to then pay attention and be fully aware of how we are choosing to respond.

We may choose Anger, because we think it makes us feel better… Allowing us to "Vent.” Venting from Anger restricts us, and shuts down all our rational thoughts. Venting from Love opens us up, and Empowers us!

We may also choose Anger because we feel Love is weak. Choosing Love is not choosing to be weak, it is choosing to not allow people to walk all over us.

From Love we can still establish our boundaries, and hold our ground. Love is Strength!

Believing that we always have a choice and then being aware of how we choose to respond to our daily events allows us to be in Full Control!

Dedicate the Month of October to become Empowered by paying attention to how we are Choosing to respond.

"Imagination is more important than Knowledge"
Albert Einstein

We can possess all the knowledge in the world, but if we do not have the imagination to apply it...., it is worthless.

A lack of imagination could even hinder our ability to learn. My son, who is in the Air Force, just finished learning Farsi at the Army Defense Language Institute in Monterey. Only 20% of everyone that is accepted to go to Monterey graduates. My son committed himself to learning the language, and he knew that he held more than enough knowledge than was necessary to pass the course. What he lacked was engaging his Imagination to See, Feel and Hear, himself pass. Because of this, he was unsuccessful at passing one portion of the test. He was one of only a few that was allowed to retake the test, causing him even more stress. After talking about what had happened, we realized that all that was missing was his Imagination.

We then worked on building his Trust and Belief in Himself and engaging his Imagination. Throughout the days that followed, he committed himself to Seeing, Feeling, and Hearing himself succeed. He then retook the test and passed!

We can study hard and learn many things, but if we do not combine what we learn with our Imagination, it will eventually fade away. Combining our Knowledge with our Imagination Empowers us to create a successful path to make our goals and dreams a reality. Dedicate the Month of September to Engaging your Imagination. The possibilities are endless!

August 2015

I ran across this story and thought it was incredibly Powerful.

A group of students was asked to list what they thought were the present "Seven Wonders of the World" Though there were some disagreements, the following received the most votes: 1) Egypt's Great Pyramids, 2) Taj Mahal, 3) Grand Canyon, 4) Panama Canal, 5) Empire State Building, 6) St Peter's Basilica, 7) China's Great wall.  While gathering the votes, the teacher noted that one student had not finished her paper yet. So she asked the girl if she was having trouble with her list. The girl replied, "Yes, a little. I couldn't quite make up my mind because there were so many." The teacher said, "Well, tell us what you have, and maybe we can help."  The girl hesitated, then read: "I think the 'Seven Wonders of the World are":

1) To See, 2) To Hear, 3) To Touch, 4) To Taste, 5) To Feel, 6) To Laugh, 7) To Love.

The room was so quiet you could have heard a pin drop.

Sometimes we can get so caught up in the day to day Chaos . . . that we forget how truly Blessed and Wonderful "We" really are.

Dedicate the Month of August to appreciate how incredible You are. To be aware of your very own and Powerful "
7 Wonders"

From the outside, a caterpillar looks like nothing more than a furry worm with legs; but on the inside resides a beautiful Butterfly just waiting to break free and soar!

We are all like the caterpillar, each and everyone of us. It is not what's on the outside that represents our authentic self, or our true Beauty. It is what is within us. The trick is in how do we step into the chrysalis and emerge as that Butterfly.

It all begins with Trusting and Believing in Ourselves. Trust that you have a "Butterfly" within yourself, and then Believe that you have the Power to release it.

Dedicate the Month of July to acknowledging your True, Authentic Beauty from within, and then allowing that Beauty to radiate out in a Powerful way!

June 2015

A good friend of mine from the Marine Corp recently retired and went on a 30 day cross country motorcycle Journey from Wisconsin.

He came upon a Monastery and decided to stop and visit.

He said: " I talked to a Monk today . . . and he didn't have anything interesting to say."

We both found that very amusing and it got me to thinking.

Sometimes we go on Journeys seeking answers outside of ourselves. Seeking answers outside of ourselves will rarely lead to an "awakening." On the same token, waiting for someone or something to change, and then thinking that the resulting change will make everything ok, is a set-up for guaranteed failure.

We must Trust and Believe in ourselves first, and then allow that to guide us from within. We will then experience the life outside of ourselves from a much wiser perspective, allowing us to see that our true Power always rest within.

Make a commitment in June to become Empowered. This can be done by developing a solid Trust and Belief in ourselves. As we do, we will see how everything starts from within, giving us the power to Be in Full Control!

Liar - Liar... "Im kicking my Ass!!!" video clip:
https://youtu.be/UD40W81eTDE

We are all connected, each and every one of us. Anytime "someone" makes you mad, angry, upset.....etc; what is happening is a conflict within ourselves. We cannot see, feel, experience what we do not already posses.

Our external experience, is always a reflection of what is going on within us.

Picture if you will, a Higher Intelligence... (which we are all a part of...), looking down upon us. Their observations of our human conflicts, (anything from personal arguments all the way up to wars) would appear exactly like the scene from the movie Liar Liar when Jim Carrey went into the bathroom and proceeded to kick his own ass.

We may think it is "Us" and "Them" but once we grasp that we are all one and the same, we will begin to understand how counter-productive it is to fight with anyone, because we will realize that we are only really fighting with ourselves.

We are . . . "Kicking our own Ass!!!

"The meaning of your communication is the response that you get" NLP presupposition.

Mis-communication is the number one reason we have conflicts. Developing an understanding based on the above NLP presup will Inspire us to take responsibility for our communication which will in turn create Harmony in our lives.

Dedicate the month of May to be in Full Control of our own communications and interactions.
